Customers are subject to inform about any medical conditions concern to the spa reception upon arrival.Customerswith serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infection or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited to exercise Onsen facilities.Customerswith cancer, skin infection, bone-related symptoms or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited for spa treatments.Company reserves the right to refuse services to customerswho behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards any member of staff or other customers.Customerswhose body temperature over 37.5 °C are not prohibited for the Service.Using Onsen facilities, after Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Sleep Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Office Syndrome Treatment, Foot Massage, Herbal Compress Massage, Body Scrub, Korean Scrub or Facial Treatments is not allowed due to the treatment products on treated skin will contaminate the mineral water.Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited to use Onsen facilities and spa treatments.Children aged under 10 years are not allowed to enter the facilities unless accompanied by adult of aged 18 or above.Children aged over 4 years accompanied by same gender parent or guardian are allowed to use Onsen facilities.Spa treatments are recommended for adult aged over 15 years.The company hold no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, under any circumstances, to the customers personal valuable items or belongings brought to the facility.
