Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is widely recognised as ‘modern gastronomy at its best’ – making it very different from home-style cooking. Diners may experience a curry served with the texture and temperature of ice-cream and bites of lobster locked inside gelatinous pearls that melt in the mouth with a sip of Tom Yam broth. Everything from fish sauce to prawn crackers is made in the Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin kitchen.

Enjoy traditional Thai-inspired fine dining with modern interpretations and ingredients. Danish chef Henrik Yde-Anderson conceived Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, a contemporary adaptation of his renowned Thai dining establishment Kiin Kiin in Denmark. He plays with modern ingredients and with temperatures and textures. He pairs cold curry with bite-size pieces of succulent lobster inside melt-in-the-mouth gelatinous pearls and serves with a light Tom Yam broth. He elegantly presents each dish with a nod to extraordinary culinary experimentation.
